The Macerator Sanitary Pump 400 is simply a tank which is gravity fed from your toilet, washing machine, shower etc. with a built in pressure switch which detects the incoming waste and starts a pump combined with cutting blades. A non-return valve is fitted as standard so enabling the unit to pump up to 8m vertically or 80m horizontally.

Using this pump you can add a bathroom to basements, garage conversions, granny flats, loft conversions, en-suite bathrooms, heritage sites and rooms with concrete slab floors even where there are no standard drains. The pump can either be installed behind the wall or exposed. With three inlets, this macerator 400 can easily deal with a wash basin, bidet and a power shower.

If you need to install the macerator outdoors, please place the unit under a cover or a spot away from rains and direct sunlight.
